Cute Austin House on a cornerWe're incredibly proud of this cute piece of Austin realty. It's located in downtown Austin, TX on E 7th Street. Because of that, it's extremely close to restaurants, bars, music, and a bunch of night life that Austin is known for.

Additionally, this building has been designated as a historical marker. Originally, this home was built in 1900, right at the turn of the 20th century. You Won’t Believe What The Home Owner Found Inside!

1956 kitchen

It's not every day you find a brand new kitchen completely stocked with pastel pink 1956 appliances.

The story goes that Chandler was simply purchasing a home. There was a catch, though.

“The house was never occupied and the appliances were never used,” Chandler explains. “The manuals were still tapes to the appliances.”

historic homes in austinThere are so many ways that people look for a home. Whether it's through the internet or asking a friend or some other thing, we live in an age where a million different options exist in order to provide the consumer with the exact kind of option that they are looking for. However, in this age of wonders, there is only one option that stands head and shoulders above the rest. One thing that will help you find those homes for sale.

We sincerely and honestly believe that the best resource for a person or family to find new homes for sale is to talk with a realtor. It's the same way someone would talk to a doctor about a medical procedure or a mechanic about an automotive procedure. You would talk to a realtor for a real estate procedure. In…
