Hart Getzen

Hart Getzen was born in Houston and is a licensed Realtor in Texas and California. While earning a degree in Art & Architectural History, Hart worked at a commercial real estate company providing carpentry, concrete finishing, interior/exterior painting, plumbing, and landscaping services. This experience proved invaluable when Hart renovated his own homes.

After college, Hart restored and managed seventeen sound stages for a commercial real estate company in Los Angeles, serving hundreds of film and television productions. Utilizing his experience in media production and his passion for developing real estate, he then developed and produced guest experiences and themed attractions for the Luxor Casino in Las Vegas, Caesars Forum, Universal Studios Parks, and many other destination properties.

While purchasing, renovating, and selling his own homes, Hart advised friends regarding their home purchases. His passion for helping friends and family led him to become a Realtor in California and Texas.

Hart is married and has two sons. He is a supporter of Doctors Without Borders, Public Counsel, Scripps Marine Research, and Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine.
