Kim's skill set is uniquely catered to finding clients happiness in their real estate choices while always protecting their investments. This comes from nearly fifteen years in the fast paced world of corporate retail before spending her time in property management. Her natural sense of urgency and exceptional communication skills are just two of the many talents she offers clients to help navigate one of the biggest decisions they will make!

Kim is proud to have resided in a multitude of cities over the years; from navigating the booming rental market of Brooklyn, New York, all the way to becoming a first time home owner in the peaceful mountains of Asheville, North Carolina. She's really seen some wild stuff! After marrying a fifth generation Texan, she has called central Austin home since 2017. While ecstatic to have found the place to put down roots, all of this relocation has given her a profound grasp on just how different housing markets can be and how to best pivot in quickly changing climates.
