We're incredibly proud of this cute piece of Austin realty. It's located in downtown Austin, TX on E 7th Street. Because of that, it's extremely close to restaurants, bars, music, and a bunch of night life that Austin is known for.
Additionally, this building has been designated as a historical marker. Originally, this home was built in 1900, right at the turn of the 20th century. Since then, it has gone through several tenants, before finally settling down as a small office complex. Due to its historic designation, the home has lower taxes required on it.
This pink Victorian house has had significant renovations to bring it into the 21st century. The building has been made handicapped accessible. Also, each floor has the luxury of its own separate entrances. Finally, the individual floors have been installed with newer air conditioning units.
The building has three floors. Two of them are utilized for business at the moment. The third floor stands out from the rest of the complex. At the moment, the floor is being used as an attic for storage for the tenants.
