We're incredibly proud of this cute piece of Austin realty. It's located in downtown Austin, TX on E 7th Street. Because of that, it's extremely close to restaurants, bars, music, and a bunch of night life that Austin is known for.

Additionally, this building has been designated as a historical marker. Originally, this home was built in 1900, right at the turn of the 20th century.
